Responsibilities
- Design and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment systems to support automated testing across a network of distributed test environments.
- Build and oversee infrastructure for configuring, managing, and monitoring remote testbeds.
- Participate in decisions about testbed architecture and hardware choices to meet team goals.
- Establish and uphold standards for security, regulatory compliance, and system observability across testing platforms.
- Act as the primary technical contact for infrastructure matters, working closely with Site Reliability Engineering and DevOps teams to align tooling and methodologies.
- Partner with hardware and software engineering teams to identify infrastructure needs and deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
- Address intricate and non-standard infrastructure challenges by analyzing tradeoffs in cost, performance, and implementation speed.
