Design meaningful learning experiences in cybersecurity by translating complex topics into clear, accessible content. In this role, you’ll partner with technical experts to develop courses that meet both educational goals and real-world application needs.
What You’ll Do
- Work hand-in-hand with Subject Matter Experts to define content structure and ensure alignment with learning outcomes.
- Build interactive, intuitive eLearning modules using Articulate 360, including Storyline and Rise.
- Conduct thorough reviews to maintain accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all materials.
- Support course delivery by managing learner access, enrollment, and reporting through platforms like WorkRamp.
- Keep detailed records of course development, updates, and project progress to ensure transparency and traceability.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in English with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Hands-on experience with eLearning development tools, especially Articulate 360.
- Basic photo and video editing abilities to enrich instructional content.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and a genuine interest in technology.
- High attention to detail, accountability, and a commitment to delivering work on time.
- A collaborative mindset with a focus on consistency, learner needs, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to document processes clearly and communicate proactively across teams.
Nice to Have
- Background in cybersecurity education or technical training.
- Experience with learning management systems and edtech platforms.
- Exposure to agile tools such as Jira for project tracking.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for minor content adjustments.
