99x Brazil is looking for a Senior iOS TechLead Mobile Developer to build high-quality mobile applications using SwiftUI and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). The ideal candidate is passionate about clean code, mobile architecture, and delivering exceptional user experiences in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced iOS applications using SwiftUI.
- Integrate and optimize communication using BLE technology.
- Apply object-oriented programming principles, algorithms, and design patterns to implement efficient, scalable solutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Developers, and QA to deliver high-quality features.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement across Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps workflows.
- Manage and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks effectively under time constraints.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and best development practices.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in iOS development, with a strong focus on Swift.
- Proven leadership experience, mentoring junior developers and leading technical projects.
- Strong coding expertise with object-oriented development languages.
- Solid experience with SwiftUI and BLE as a TechLeader.
- Proven ability to apply algorithms and design patterns to solve complex technical problems.
- Previous Tech Lead experience or leadership involvement in engineering teams.
