As a Senior IT Engineer, you'll architect and maintain the integration layer between business-critical platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement integrations across SaaS platforms including CRM, billing, support, and collaboration tools
- Develop automation scripts and internal services using Python, Go, or Node.js to eliminate manual workflows
- Build event-driven pipelines using APIs and webhooks to synchronize data across systems
- Create developer-friendly CLI tools and APIs for common IT and business operations
- Develop ChatOps integrations and bots to streamline communication and task execution
- Automate identity lifecycle management, including provisioning and deprovisioning across systems
- Implement AI-powered solutions such as internal copilots, knowledge retrieval, and automated ticket handling
- Ensure secure access through Zero Trust principles, SSO, SCIM, and regular access audits
- Support a global remote workforce with reliable, person-first IT service delivery
- Maintain compliance with ISO 27001, SOC2, and GDPR through operational rigor and documentation
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in IT or platform engineering with a focus on automation and systems integration
- Proven experience managing cloud environments on AWS or GCP, including IAM, VPCs, and compute services
- Strong programming skills in Python, Go, Bash, or similar languages
- Hands-on experience with REST and GraphQL APIs, OAuth, and webhook-based systems
- Familiarity with SaaS integration frameworks and SDKs
- Deep knowledge of macOS and Linux operating systems
- Experience with identity management using SAML, SSO, and SCIM
- Background in security and compliance audits such as ISO 27001 or SOC2
- Preference for candidates with exposure to AI-driven automation, LLM APIs, or semantic search systems
- Experience with containerization using Docker or Kubernetes is a plus
