What You’ll Do
- Design, code, and maintain IVR platforms based on evolving business and technical needs
- Integrate voice solutions with backend systems and third-party services
- Monitor system performance and lead improvements that enhance reliability and user experience
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues across the IVR and contact center ecosystem
- Partner with project managers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule
- Support regional objectives while aligning with global engineering standards
- Contribute to long-term architectural strategies for call routing and voice automation
- Explain technical details clearly to both technical teams and business partners
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong command of Java EE, Spring Boot, and Spring Core
- Firm grasp of object-oriented design, programming principles, and common design patterns
- Proven background in building and supporting IVR applications
- Familiarity with voice contact center infrastructure and IVR technologies
- Proficiency with SQL for data handling and application logic
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Clear communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, global setting
Nice to Have
- Experience with speech technologies such as VoiceXML, SRGS, MRCP, or CCXML
