Lead the design and execution of media effectiveness analytics for major consumer goods and technology companies, helping them refine media investment strategies through data-driven insights. This role centers on delivering measurable impact by translating complex analytics into actionable business recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the development and deployment of analytics solutions focused on media performance, including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and lift analysis
- Collaborate with international teams to assess, model, and improve clients’ media strategies across digital, social, and traditional platforms
- Manage end-to-end client projects, aligning internal resources and external stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
- Translate analytical findings into clear, strategic insights and present them to client teams and decision-makers
- Advise on methodology and model interpretation, ensuring clients understand the foundation and implications of results
- Support training, tool adoption, and ongoing integration of analytics solutions to drive sustained client value
- Partner with sales to expand analytics offerings and identify new opportunities within existing accounts
- Lead ideation and improvement initiatives to strengthen team capabilities, processes, and technical approaches
Technical Expertise
Experience with Marketing Mix Modeling, incrementality testing, and media performance analytics is essential. The role requires fluency in translating technical outputs into strategic narratives that guide media planning and optimization.
Work Environment
This is an onsite position with some travel expected. You will coordinate closely with remote teams, clients, and media partners across regions, requiring strong organizational and communication skills.
