As the Senior Marketing Program Manager, you will shape and manage end-to-end program delivery within the Digital Experience Platform, ensuring strategic alignment and operational rigor.
Program Leadership & Execution
Drive large-scale digital programs across diverse platforms and regions, defining scope, sequencing, milestones, and success metrics. Translate high-level strategies into structured plans with clear ownership, dependencies, and timelines. Own the full project lifecycle—from initiation and planning to execution and post-launch evaluation.
Strategic Alignment & Governance
Establish and maintain robust delivery frameworks, ensuring initiatives meet technical, content, data, and localization readiness before launch. Standardize playbooks and operating models to improve consistency, quality, and scalability. Lead planning cycles, intake processes, and executive forums to maintain rhythm and accountability.
Stakeholder Engagement & Risk Management
- Present progress and strategic updates to senior leadership and steering committees with clarity and precision
- Identify cross-team dependencies early and coordinate resolution across Digital Experience, Search, Localization, Analytics, and Marketing Technology
- Surface risks, evaluate tradeoffs, and escalate issues proactively to maintain momentum
- Remove blockers and guide teams through challenges to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
