About the Role

You'll leverage intent signals, buyer journey stages, and predictive data to build smarter, more effective targeting models that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and manage outbound segmentation frameworks using behavioral, firmographic, and predictive insights
  • Create rules for audience prioritization and suppression to minimize over-messaging and improve engagement quality
  • Analyze performance across personas, verticals, and segments, delivering clear insights through dashboards and reports
  • Drive ABM reporting initiatives using AI-powered platforms and integrated campaign data
  • Refine Ideal Customer Profiles and develop behavior-based targeting strategies based on real-world engagement
  • Conduct regular reviews of segment health, adjusting models based on revenue contribution and interaction trends
  • Enhance contact data quality and consistency, including role title standardization in coordination with marketing operations
  • Partner with marketing, sales, analytics, and demand generation teams to align segmentation with go-to-market strategies
  • Support strategic list creation and high-impact targeting efforts across channels

Qualifications

Successful candidates will have at least four years of experience in B2B marketing, segmentation, or marketing operations. Proficiency with CRM systems—particularly Salesforce—and marketing automation platforms like Eloqua is essential. You must be detail-focused, especially regarding data accuracy, and capable of navigating complex stakeholder environments with shifting priorities. Strong communication and presentation abilities are required to translate insights into action.

Experience with AI-driven marketing tools or predictive analytics is advantageous. Prior involvement in data governance or normalization projects is preferred. The role operates within a tech stack that includes Salesforce, Eloqua, and 6sense.

Work Environment & Culture

This role supports a culture rooted in inclusion, collaboration, and continuous growth. The organization emphasizes employee well-being, professional development, and recognition. It promotes innovation through diverse perspectives and maintains a supportive, flexible work environment. As a recognized leader in workplace excellence, it holds multiple global awards for employee satisfaction and organizational culture.

Accommodations are available for candidates with disabilities or special needs. The company is committed to equal opportunity and affirmative action, ensuring all individuals can bring their full selves to work regardless of gender, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, age, or physical ability.
