Responsibilities
- Design and deploy technology solutions using Microsoft platforms such as Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, and Office 365
- Deliver expert technical guidance to improve efficiency and performance in client Microsoft ecosystems
- Lead internal project teams and coordinate with stakeholders to plan and refine technology implementations
- Analyze business needs and convert them into practical technical designs and solutions
- Offer high-level technical support and troubleshoot advanced issues within Microsoft environments
- Engage in system migration, platform upgrades, and integration initiatives
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure proper knowledge sharing across teams
- Support client adoption efforts with direct involvement in training on communication tools, collaboration platforms, and AI features like Copilot
