Workstate is looking for a Senior Native Android Developer to take ownership of building high-quality Android applications. You will guide a team of developers and collaborate cross-functionally to design and implement user-centric features while optimizing application performance.

- Take ownership of the development process for Android applications
- Guide a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices, conducting code reviews, and making architectural decisions

What We're Looking For
- 5-7 years of professional Android development experience
- Strong expertise in Java and Kotlin
- In-depth understanding of Android SDK, design patterns, and mobile application architecture
- Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party libraries
- Strong proficiency in version control systems, particularly Git
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and team collaboration
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills to relay technical concepts
