This position is responsible for delivering high-performance network architectures that align with business objectives. The Senior Network Consultant will evaluate current network capabilities, identify areas for improvement, and lead the deployment of advanced networking technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and configure secure, resilient network infrastructures including LAN, WAN, and cloud-based environments
- Diagnose and resolve critical network issues with minimal disruption to operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate network solutions with broader IT systems
- Ensure adherence to security standards and regulatory requirements
- Provide technical leadership during network upgrades, migrations, and large-scale implementations
- Develop documentation for network configurations, policies, and troubleshooting procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in network engineering or consulting roles
- Proven expertise with routing, switching, firewalls, and load balancing technologies
- Industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are strongly preferred
- Experience with hybrid cloud networking and security frameworks is essential
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to present technical details to non-technical stakeholders
