Responsibilities
- Build and sustain web applications using technologies such as React, Next.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, and sometimes Python.
- Work with team members to establish efficient and maintainable engineering practices that balance visual design, system scalability, and speed.
- Engage in pair programming and code reviews to give and receive technical insights and improvements.
- Partner with design, product, and leadership teams to forecast future requirements and ensure technology development supports long-term strategy.
