Lead the strategy and execution of META advertising for a rapidly scaling direct-to-consumer brand focused on sustainable household and personal care products. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of META ad accounts across multiple regions, including DACH, France, and Italy, shaping campaigns that drive measurable customer growth and efficient acquisition.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the full lifecycle of META advertising—setup, targeting, structuring, and optimization—across international markets
- Design and execute performance campaigns aligned with product launches and business objectives
- Analyze conversion funnels, run A/B tests, and extract actionable insights using Tableau, META Business Manager, Motion, and spreadsheets
- Develop test frameworks, audience strategies, and ad bundles to improve campaign efficiency
- Collaborate with leadership to define paid social OKRs and align cross-market performance initiatives
- Work closely with the Director of Performance Marketing to plan budgets and guide strategic decisions
