About the Role

The Senior Partner Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that support and amplify the company’s partner ecosystem. This role is responsible for aligning marketing initiatives with channel partners to drive demand, increase brand visibility, and accelerate revenue growth through joint programs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans in collaboration with strategic partners
  • Design co-branded campaigns to generate demand and increase market penetration
  • Equip channel partners with marketing tools, collateral, and training resources
  • Coordinate integrated marketing activities across digital, events, and sales channels
  • Track and report on campaign performance and partner marketing ROI
  • Identify new market opportunities through partner insights and data analysis
  • Align partner marketing goals with overall business objectives
  • Manage budgets for joint marketing initiatives with external partners
  • Foster strong relationships with partner marketing teams and stakeholders
  • Lead cross-functional efforts with sales, product, and content teams
  • Create messaging frameworks tailored to partner-specific audiences
  • Support partner onboarding and enablement programs
  • Monitor competitive activity and adapt marketing strategies accordingly
  • Drive lead generation and conversion through targeted campaigns
  • Ensure brand consistency across all partner-facing materials
  • Leverage marketing automation and CRM platforms for campaign execution
  • Organize and execute joint webinars, events, and promotional activities
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on partner marketing impact
  • Optimize marketing strategies based on performance analytics
  • Promote partner success stories to enhance credibility and visibility
