Lead the expansion of strategic referral partnerships across North America by identifying, engaging, and onboarding new partners aligned with organizational goals. You will oversee the full lifecycle of partner relationships—from initial outreach and agreement execution to ongoing development and performance tracking—ensuring Moneycorp remains a preferred provider in key markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Business Development Managers, setting performance targets and contributing to recruitment and training initiatives
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new referring partners through proactive outreach, presentations, and industry engagement
- Strengthen existing partner relationships through regular communication, training sessions, and updates on service enhancements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align partner strategies with broader business objectives and market trends
- Monitor compliance with KYC protocols and maintain accurate, up-to-date records in CRM systems
- Deliver sales presentations and propose tailored FX risk solutions to meet partner and client needs
- Track market developments, report insights, and identify opportunities to stay ahead of industry shifts
- Ensure all correspondence and documentation meet high standards of professionalism and accuracy
Qualifications and Skills
You bring over a decade of experience in sales or business development, with a proven ability to build referral networks and lead teams in financial services. You have a solid understanding of financial products and market dynamics, along with strong negotiation, communication, and public speaking abilities. Experience launching or scaling a business area is essential.
Work Environment
This hybrid role offers flexibility, with the option to work remotely and attend the Stamford office one day per week. Travel to client and partner locations will be required.
