Transat AT is hiring a Senior Planner, Crew Planning (Temporary 13month)

Responsibilities

  • Create efficient flight crew pairings aligned with established labor agreements and Canadian aviation standards using schedules from network planning.
  • Develop optimized crew rosters that adhere to applicable collective agreements and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with Crew Scheduling, Flight Operations, In-Flight teams, and other departments including Hours and Credits, FormPN, and PBS to address crew-related challenges.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in crew planning processes.
  • Ensure accurate enforcement of collective agreements and Canadian aviation regulations across all planning activities.
  • Support the development and rollout of the Jeppesen crew management system.
  • Perform additional duties related to crew planning as required.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in crew planning operations.
  • Familiarity with PNT and PNC collective agreements.
  • Proficiency with AIMS, iBid, PBS, Crew Bid, and Jeppesen systems.
  • Solid understanding of crew planning methodologies and principles.
  • Bilingual proficiency in both French and English.
