Responsibilities
- Create efficient flight crew pairings aligned with established labor agreements and Canadian aviation standards using schedules from network planning.
- Develop optimized crew rosters that adhere to applicable collective agreements and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Crew Scheduling, Flight Operations, In-Flight teams, and other departments including Hours and Credits, FormPN, and PBS to address crew-related challenges.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in crew planning processes.
- Ensure accurate enforcement of collective agreements and Canadian aviation regulations across all planning activities.
- Support the development and rollout of the Jeppesen crew management system.
- Perform additional duties related to crew planning as required.
Requirements
- Prior experience in crew planning operations.
- Familiarity with PNT and PNC collective agreements.
- Proficiency with AIMS, iBid, PBS, Crew Bid, and Jeppesen systems.
- Solid understanding of crew planning methodologies and principles.
- Bilingual proficiency in both French and English.
