Responsibilities
- Ensure platform hardware, software, and networking components meet business demands and adhere to established organizational policies
- Continuously monitor system performance and resolve technical issues to enhance platform reliability and efficiency
- Configure and manage DevOps tools such as API Gateway and Terraform in accordance with operational requirements
- Work closely with DevOps and production teams to deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot platform environments and services
- Design, prioritize, and implement automated workflows to streamline delivery of core platform capabilities
- Orchestrate fulfillment processes to improve service deployment speed and consistency
- Coordinate activities across teams using the platform to ensure seamless integration and operations
- Detect and address potential security risks to maintain compliance with strict security protocols
- Establish and enforce security, resilience, and operational policies to safeguard systems and meet regulatory requirements
- Create comprehensive design documentation when necessary to support system architecture and changes
- Perform technical analysis to evaluate new system requests or resolve existing system challenges
