Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and sustain technology platforms within the existing technical ecosystem
- Ensure platform components—including hardware, software, and networking—meet business objectives and organizational standards
- Observe platform performance, resolve technical issues, and drive continuous improvements aligned with application objectives
- Configure and manage DevOps tools such as API Gateway and Terraform to meet operational requirements
- Partner with DevOps and production teams to deploy, debug, and maintain platforms and environments for new services
- Establish, prioritize, and maintain automated and orchestrated processes to enhance delivery of core platform capabilities
- Coordinate activities across teams using the platform to ensure seamless integration and operations
- Detect and address security risks to meet stringent compliance requirements
- Create and enforce security, reliability, and resiliency protocols to safeguard infrastructure and meet regulatory standards
- Generate high-level design documentation when necessary
- Perform technical investigations in response to user requests for system changes or issue resolution
- Oversee vendor interactions related to design specifications, platform updates, and system modifications as required
