Lead feature production for MONOPOLY GO!, one of the most successful mobile games worldwide. As a Senior Producer, you’ll oversee the full development lifecycle within a dedicated feature pod, ensuring timely, high-quality releases that meet player and product goals.
What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end feature delivery, from planning to launch, maintaining clarity and accountability across all stages
- Coordinate team activities, set priorities, and ensure structured, predictable execution
- Identify and resolve blockers early, escalating risks when needed to protect delivery timelines
- Align cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, and maintain strong communication across stakeholders
- Enforce consistent production standards in tools like Jira, documentation, and task workflows
- Improve processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions
- Support Agile practices, including backlog management, sprint planning, and team ceremonies
- Establish clear communication protocols to keep teams aligned and focused
- Drive planning rigor with roadmaps, milestones, and prioritization frameworks
- Protect team focus while enabling fast, reliable decision-making
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience in game production, preferably in mobile free-to-play live operations
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, dependencies, and cross-team coordination
- Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Experience maintaining delivery standards in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Passion for creating engaging, high-quality player experiences
