As a Senior Product Analyst - Experimentation, you will play a central role in advancing how product teams design, execute, and learn from experiments. Your focus will be on building robust, scalable systems that ensure statistical integrity while enabling autonomy across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement frameworks for test design, including power analysis, segmentation strategies, and validity checks
- Review experiment setups pre-launch to ensure methodological soundness without slowing down innovation
- Validate results post-experiment to support accurate interpretation and actionable insights
- Champion best practices such as AA testing, bias detection, and consistent metric definitions
- Design and standardize workflows from hypothesis generation to final readout
- Create guardrails that enable safe self-service experimentation across regions and teams
- Establish clear ownership models, decision criteria, and review processes for experimentation
- Ensure KPI consistency across product areas and international markets
- Support the adoption and evolution of our experimentation platform stack
- Train product managers in hypothesis development, statistical fundamentals, and result analysis
- Reduce reliance on centralized analytics for routine testing through enablement
- Identify high-impact opportunities for experimentation aligned with strategic goals
- Collaborate with product and analytics teams to prioritize initiatives based on potential impact
- Serve as the go-to expert on experimentation within the Product Analytics function
What You Bring
- 4–8+ years of experience scaling product analytics and experimentation programs
- Proven track record managing A/B testing at scale in complex environments
- Experience designing and rolling out experimentation processes across multiple teams
- Solid foundation in statistics, including experimental design, inference, bias identification, and power analysis
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehouses like BigQuery
- Familiarity with experimentation platforms such as Amplitude, Statsig, Eppo, or Optimizely
- Strong knowledge of tracking systems and product analytics tools
Work Environment
This role operates in a hybrid model, offering two remote days per week, one fully remote week per quarter, and three additional flexible days annually. You'll work within an impact-driven, fast-moving organization that values innovation and sustainability.
