Shape the future of real estate through design. As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll play a key role in crafting seamless digital experiences used by over 75 million monthly active users. Working alongside Product and Engineering, you’ll translate complex challenges into intuitive, human-centered solutions across web and mobile platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end design efforts—from concept to launch—on high-impact product initiatives
- Partner with researchers, engineers, product managers, and marketers to solve multifaceted problems
- Communicate design rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Run collaborative sessions such as design sprints and workshops to align teams and accelerate ideation
- Champion the user’s perspective while balancing business goals and technical constraints
- Contribute to the growth and refinement of our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability
- Give and receive thoughtful feedback to help peers grow and maintain high design standards
- Advocate for design thinking and help raise the overall quality of product experiences
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of professional design experience, with at least 3 years in product design at a technology-driven company
- A portfolio demonstrating a clear design philosophy, user research integration, prototyping, and real-world product impact
- Proven ability to lead design independently while thriving in team environments
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions in accessible terms
- Commitment to user-centered processes and iterative problem-solving
- A collaborative mindset focused on shared outcomes rather than individual recognition
- Degree in design, human-computer interaction, or equivalent practical experience
Work Environment
This role operates in a hybrid model, with team members expected to be in the Austin office three days per week. You’ll work in a culture that values in-person collaboration, creative exploration, and inclusive innovation.
