Responsibilities
- Excel in a fast-moving environment by delivering polished designs quickly and maintaining close collaboration between design and engineering teams.
- Guide the full design lifecycle—from concept to final implementation—ensuring solutions support strategic business objectives.
- Conduct in-person user visits to collect direct feedback and test new concepts with end users.
- Collaborate with product managers to identify and validate customer opportunities, define product requirements, and turn research findings into intuitive, effective designs.
- Work closely with product, engineering, and cross-functional partners to build unified, user-first products.
- Champion user needs across all stages of development and contribute to high-level decisions at both product and leadership levels.
- Develop, manage, and scale the internal design system to ensure consistency, reusability, and long-term design efficiency.
