As a Sr. Product Designer specializing in UX/UI, you'll be the creative force driving our product evolution. You'll lead the charge in crafting intuitive user experiences that not only meet customer needs but also sharpen our competitive edge. By blending qualitative insights with hard data, you'll design solutions that resonate deeply with our users. What your day-to-day will look like: • Dive into generative and evaluative research, mixing quantitative and qualitative approaches to uncover design requirements. • Partner closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to transform complex concepts into seamless user flows, wireframes, and prototypes. • Employ rapid testing and iteration, always keeping the user at the center of your design philosophy. • Analyze market trends and user feedback to proactively spot opportunities for product enhancements and groundbreaking innovations. • Continuously adapt designs to match evolving customer needs and market dynamics. • Ensure a cohesive, intuitive experience across all products that drives user activation and retention. • Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders and senior leadership. • Set and maintain high-quality standards, measuring progress against key design principles. • Own the entire design cycle from initial research to final creative execution. You will thrive if you have: • 6+ years of Product Design (UX/UI) experience, preferably with a world-class product or online service (Fintech/B2B experience is a major plus). • Deep expertise in user-centered design, including research methodologies, testing, prototyping, and usability analysis. • A portfolio that showcases strategic thinking, problem-solving, and design versatility. • The ability to articulate design decisions in clear, accessible language that brings non-designers into the conversation. • A forward-thinking mindset that balances long-term vision with pragmatic, incremental delivery. • A customer-first approach, grounding design choices in rigorous research and data. • Genuine passion for understanding the "why" behind design. • An ego-free attitude, constant hunger to learn, and collaborative spirit.
