About the Role
Design impactful product experiences by working closely with product managers and engineers to solve complex user problems through research, prototyping, and iterative design.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for key product features
- Collaborate with product managers to define problem spaces
- Work alongside engineers to ensure design feasibility and fidelity
- Conduct user research to uncover pain points and opportunities
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing
- Maintain and evolve the design system
- Advocate for user needs across the organization
- Translate business goals into intuitive user experiences
- Participate in design critiques and team planning sessions
- Ensure consistency across platforms and touchpoints
- Balance user needs with technical constraints
- Present design concepts to stakeholders
- Drive design innovation while maintaining usability
- Support onboarding and documentation of design decisions
- Identify opportunities for product improvements
- Use data to inform design choices
- Stay current with design trends and methodologies
- Mentor junior designers when applicable
- Collaborate across time zones in a remote setting
