What You’ll Do
- Lead the end-to-end development of product features, from initial concept through to production and iteration
- Design and maintain scalable architectures across web applications and backend services
- Turn operational complexities and user pain points into clean, user-friendly solutions
- Work across the stack—frontend, backend, and APIs—to deliver cohesive experiences
- Use automation and smart workflows to streamline journeys for users and internal teams
- Collaborate with product, design, data, and operations to bring ideas to life with speed and precision
- Continuously improve systems through frequent releases, user feedback, and data-driven iteration
