As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive the integration of artificial intelligence across a suite of financial advisor platforms, ensuring intelligent features are both powerful and intuitive. You'll define the strategic direction for AI-powered capabilities, working closely with engineering, data science, and design to deliver solutions that measurably improve how advisors serve their clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the AI product roadmap, focusing on automation and intelligence that elevate advisor performance and client engagement.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate machine learning outputs into seamless, user-centered experiences.
- Champion ethical product development by advocating for transparency, fairness, and explainability in algorithmic decision-making.
- Leverage quantitative data and qualitative insights to form hypotheses, run experiments, and refine features that deliver real business value.

Qualifications
- 5–10+ years in product management, preferably with enterprise or B2B platforms at scale.
