Shape the future of intelligent content automation
As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution for a core part of our AI-powered platform that transforms organizational knowledge into accurate, trusted responses. Your work will directly influence how users interact with automated workflows, ensuring they feel confident and in control.
What You’ll Do
- Define and drive the full lifecycle of product initiatives—from discovery and design to launch and iteration—focused on AI capabilities like content retrieval, document processing, and data extraction.
- Work hand-in-hand with Design, Engineering, and Data Science to build solutions that solve real user jobs-to-be-done, especially where automation enhances efficiency without sacrificing trust.
- Identify friction points in how customers adopt AI features and use those insights to refine product behavior, improve output quality, and increase automation success rates.
- Establish clear metrics to measure impact, including adoption, retention, reduction in manual effort, and accuracy of AI-generated content.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration through product reviews, roadmap planning, and go-to-market enablement, ensuring alignment across teams.
- Engage directly with customers to uncover pain points and opportunities, translating qualitative and quantitative feedback into actionable product direction.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitive offerings to inform strategic decisions and long-term vision.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with a history of delivering measurable outcomes through well-executed product launches.
- Proven experience leading AI-powered products—especially those involving NLP, search, recommendation systems, or document intelligence.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with data scientists and engineers, understanding model tradeoffs, evaluation frameworks, and failure modes without needing to build models yourself.
- A deep focus on the customer, with a drive to reduce friction and build confidence in automated systems.
- Strong strategic thinking paired with disciplined execution—turning complex inputs into clear, prioritized roadmaps.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of aligning stakeholders around a shared vision grounded in customer value and business impact.
- Comfort operating in a remote-first, asynchronous environment with teams across multiple time zones.
