What You'll Do
- Lead product initiatives for AI-powered customer experiences and internal tools, balancing technical depth with user-centric design
- Collaborate closely with engineers and prompt specialists to refine AI system design, evaluation methods, and safety protocols
- Make informed decisions that balance performance, cost, accuracy, and usability across AI workflows
- Act as a technical liaison across teams, promoting consistent AI practices and platform adoption
- Define and track key metrics such as response quality, automation success, and customer satisfaction
- Partner with OpenAI to assess emerging models and integrate cutting-edge capabilities
- Explore breakthroughs in voice interaction, computer use automation, and workflow intelligence
- Continuously evaluate new AI technologies for real-world applicability in regulated environments
What We're Looking For
- At least 4 years in technical product management, consulting, data analytics, or operations within a high-velocity startup
- Deep enthusiasm for AI with hands-on experience exploring LLMs and related tools
- Strong technical foundation—comfortable discussing system architecture, APIs, and prompt engineering
- Ability to distill complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Proficient with data analysis and SQL, capable of independently investigating product questions
- Driven by metrics and continuous improvement
- Mindset focused on solutions—asking 'how can we' rather than 'can we'
Nice to Have
- Regularly follows AI model updates and release notes
- Has built personal AI tools or workflows out of curiosity
Technology Environment

Compensation
