Lead the future of data-powered lending decisions by defining and evolving analytics products that transform how financial institutions assess risk. In this role, you'll drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of data solutions that integrate core credit bureau information with third-party and consortium data sources.
What You’ll Do
- Define and manage the end-to-end strategy for data products used in underwriting, fraud detection, payments risk, and portfolio management
- Identify and integrate external data sets to enhance predictive performance and market differentiation
- Establish clear value propositions and use cases tailored to lender needs
- Oversee vendor partnerships, including onboarding, data rights negotiation, and compliance with permissible use policies
- Set requirements for data accuracy, coverage, latency, and ongoing maintenance
- Collaborate with analytics teams to develop scores, attributes, and performance benchmarks tied to real-world outcomes
- Work closely with engineering to deliver robust, scalable data solutions in both batch and real-time systems
- Support go-to-market efforts with clear product narratives, documentation, and sales enablement tools
- Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and guide iterative improvements
- Manage the full product lifecycle—from concept through retirement
What We’re Looking For
- Proven background in product management with a focus on data, analytics, or decision science
- Direct experience working with credit bureau data, alternative data sources, and consortium-based payment information
- Demonstrated success in building blended data products such as scores, insights, and predictive attributes
- Strong understanding of data quality requirements and production-grade data systems
- Experience collaborating with legal, compliance, and procurement teams on data rights and contractual terms
- Ability to work effectively with analytics and engineering teams in technical environments
- Skill in defining and tracking measurable product outcomes
- Leadership in managing full product lifecycles, including sunsetting legacy offerings
