As a Senior Product Manager, you'll define and drive the roadmap for financial products deeply integrated into core workflows—connecting payments, tax, and credit in ways that solve real customer problems.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full product lifecycle—from strategy and discovery to delivery and adoption—within a focused domain of embedded finance
- Develop clear, goal-driven roadmaps aligned with company objectives, translating vision into measurable outcomes and success metrics
- Engage directly with customer segments including accounting firms, merchants, and platforms to map money movement workflows and uncover friction points
- Run structured discovery using interviews, data analysis, and experiments to validate problems and shape effective solutions
- Write detailed product requirements that balance usability, technical feasibility, regulatory constraints, and business impact
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to break down complex initiatives and ship iterative, high-quality releases
- Leverage analytics, cohort analysis, and experimentation to track performance, guide prioritization, and improve conversion and adoption
- Use AI-powered tools—including ChatGPT, Figma Make, and Cursor—to accelerate research, prototype ideas, and explore solution spaces, while maintaining ownership of final decisions
- Act as the central point of alignment across functions, ensuring clarity on goals, scope, trade-offs, and timelines
- Equip sales, marketing, and customer success teams with positioning, demos, and training materials, while capturing feedback to inform future development
- Present progress and results to leadership with concise, data-backed updates that reflect both customer and business outcomes
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of product management experience building and scaling software products, preferably in B2B SaaS, platforms, or marketplaces
- 4+ years focused on FinTech or payments—such as acquiring, card issuing, payment gateways, ACH, or payouts—with direct exposure to embedded finance or Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS)
- Hands-on experience with lending or credit products, including underwriting platforms, invoice financing, or working capital solutions
- Strong technical fluency: ability to work with APIs, webhooks, event-driven architectures, ledgers, reconciliation systems, and risk infrastructure
- Proven track record of building roadmaps, prioritizing rigorously, and shipping products that move key business and customer metrics
- Experience navigating ambiguous domains, aligning cross-functional partners, and making principled trade-offs
- Comfort using AI tools for analysis, documentation, and ideation—paired with strong judgment to know when human insight must lead
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Nice to Have
- Experience integrating payments or financing into tax, accounting, ERP, or billing systems
- Background in global payments or cross-border money movement
- History of building 0→1 products and scaling them in high-growth SaaS or platform environments
