Lead the future of infrastructure for a leading Conversational AI platform as a Senior Product Manager focused on deployment and operational experience. You'll own the end-to-end journey of how customers install, configure, secure, and scale our platform across diverse environments—both in the cloud and on-premise.
What You’ll Do
- Define and execute the product roadmap for deployment tooling, configuration management, and infrastructure operations.
- Partner with engineering, design, and customer success to identify and eliminate friction in real-world implementations.
- Shape product decisions around enterprise needs including security, observability, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with go-to-market and customer success teams to address technical blockers in onboarding and expansion.
- Deepen your understanding of cloud platforms, Kubernetes, networking, and security to inform product innovation.
- Ensure our infrastructure strategy supports both current customer demands and long-term platform evolution.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience shipping platform or infrastructure products with complex deployment patterns.
- Strong technical fluency in Kubernetes, Helm, cloud providers (AWS/GCP/Azure), networking, DNS, and security principles.
- Experience navigating enterprise software constraints and balancing technical depth with user needs.
- Ability to engage deeply with engineers, read code, and use tools like Git to understand system behavior.
- Skilled at making decisions amid ambiguity by combining customer insights, business context, and product judgment.
- A mindset of ownership, quality, and continuous learning in a fast-moving environment.
