Shape the systems that power a growing digital organization. In this role, you’ll lead the development of internal tools and processes that directly influence how the company operates. You’ll collaborate with leadership and technical teams to identify inefficiencies, define strategic priorities, and deliver solutions that scale.
What You’ll Do
- Define product vision and roadmap for internal platforms that improve business performance and workflow efficiency.
- Translate business objectives into technical requirements and guide execution from concept through launch and iteration.
- Work hand-in-hand with engineering and design to ensure timely delivery of reliable, user-focused tools.
- Identify opportunities to automate workflows and streamline operations through process analysis and re-engineering.
- Facilitate clear communication between non-technical stakeholders and development teams to maintain alignment and transparency.
- Use data to guide decisions, measure impact, and prioritize improvements over time.
What We’re Looking For
- At least four years of experience managing products or projects in a technology-driven environment, with a focus on internal tools or operational systems.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver solutions that meet both user needs and business goals.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Comfort working independently in a remote setting, across different time zones.
- Experience with digital transformation, process optimization, and data-informed decision-making.
- Familiarity with no-code or low-code platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble, or Bolt is a strong advantage.
