Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end integration of new insurance carriers, collaborating directly with external teams to implement and launch products efficiently.
- Enhance quoting system performance by refining eligibility rules, coverage matching, and backend logic to increase the number of competitive offers customers receive.
- Analyze user journey drop-off points and drive technical or interface improvements to boost quote success rates.
- Safeguard pricing accuracy by maintaining robust underwriting data pipelines, balancing customer trust with financial risk management.
- Optimize system latency to sustain sub-15-second median quote times, preserving a responsive, real-time user experience as volume scales.
What You Bring
- Minimum of four years in technical product management, data analytics, or consulting with a focus on measurable outcomes.
