Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end integration strategy across CAD, RMS, LPR, video, mapping, alerts, and third-party systems using automation and intelligent workflows.
- Establish data modeling, governance, and trust standards to ensure source attribution, permissions, auditability, and downstream data usability.
- Architect intuitive search, mapping, and investigative product experiences that help officers, analysts, and command staff move from questions to action faster.
- Direct cross-functional platform initiatives alongside Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Legal, and third-party partners to deliver scalable integration capabilities.
- Optimize onboarding and data ingestion pipelines to reduce customer setup friction and eliminate manual data validation bottlenecks.
Requirements
- Proven product management experience driving technical platform, data ingestion, API infrastructure, or integration products.
- Deep technical fluency across APIs, webhooks, data modeling, event streams, authentication, and distributed systems tradeoffs.
- Practical experience working with large-scale, multi-source data systems requiring normalization, auditability, and complex permission models.
- Capability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, intuitive workflows for operational users, analysts, and administrators.
Nice to Have
- Experience with criminal justice data ecosystems, CJIS context, or law enforcement record systems is a plus.
