Lead Product Innovation for Senior Living Communities
As a Senior Product Manager, you will guide the evolution of a comprehensive software platform designed to improve operations in senior living environments. You’ll take full ownership of the product lifecycle—from initial concept through launch and ongoing optimization—ensuring each release delivers measurable value to users and the business.
What You’ll Do
- Develop a deep understanding of senior living operations to inform product decisions and become a trusted expert on customer workflows, challenges, and market dynamics.
- Define and manage the product roadmap, translating insights into clear requirements and balancing immediate priorities with long-term strategic goals.
- Write detailed product specifications and lead cross-functional teams through design, development, and deployment to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to validate ideas, test assumptions, and refine features based on user feedback.
- Track performance post-launch, using data and qualitative input to drive iteration and product growth.
