Responsibilities
- Create and implement test cases covering user interface, application programming interfaces, and integrated systems
- Assist in planning testing efforts, estimating timelines, and executing tests across multiple release cycles
- Maintain thorough test coverage and uphold quality benchmarks for features compliant with FedRAMP standards
- Partner with developers and quality assurance team members to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve defects
- Take ownership of QA outputs such as defect tracking, test documentation, and status updates using JIRA
- Support end-to-end system testing and streamline delivery through continuous integration and deployment pipelines
- Recognize areas for automation and assist in developing reusable test automation frameworks
- Operate with independence, minimal oversight, and consistently communicate progress and obstacles
