Responsibilities
- Uphold consistent quality benchmarks across multiple initiatives by following established quality engineering methodologies, testing protocols, and release planning processes.
- Conduct manual testing procedures to support and sustain software quality benchmarks.
- Partner with quality assurance specialists, developers, design engineers, and project leads to deliver an intuitive, robust, and cohesive user experience for the cloud access platform.
- Evaluate product specifications and create structured test plans, including test strategies and configurations by selecting appropriate test scenarios.
- Examine all testing-related documentation such as test plans, requirements, technical specifications, test outcomes, traceability matrices, design evaluations, and status reports.
- Participate in all phases of quality engineering, including coordination with performance testing units and ensuring compliance with required testing procedures for each release.
- Drive continuous improvement in measurement practices and propose new initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of the quality engineering function.
