Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain quality-driven processes spanning several concurrent projects
• Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams, applying unconventional approaches to align with how product owners and end users perceive the product
• Oversee QA testing, user acceptance validation, release planning, coordination, and deployment across diverse product lines
• Implement updates to product features, resolve reported defects, and integrate new enhancements along with other product changes
• Perform thorough quality evaluations on a range of software applications
• Design test strategies, plans, and cases in collaboration with developers, business analysts, and project leads to validate code and ensure alignment with business and technical requirements
