Join a core engineering team building live, creator-driven applications used by real audiences. As a Senior React Native Engineer, you'll take full ownership of the mobile layer across iOS and Android, working deeply within a React Native and Expo ecosystem to deliver reliable, scalable experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end development and maintenance of production React Native applications in both managed and bare workflows
- Design and evolve shared mobile systems including push notifications, analytics, media streaming, and subscription flows
- Architect clean, maintainable codebases that support rapid product growth and future engineering teams
- Implement AI-driven capabilities such as real-time LLM responses, generative content, and smart notifications
- Partner closely with product and design to deliver polished, user-centric mobile experiences
- Strengthen CI/CD pipelines, testing practices, and code quality standards across the mobile stack
- Collaborate directly with the CTO to define patterns and practices that will guide future technical direction
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of shipped React Native applications on both iOS and Android
- Deep experience with Expo, React Navigation, state management, and background processes
- Proficiency with Reanimated, Skia, and Apollo Client for advanced UI and data needs
- Solid understanding of APNs and FCM for push delivery, app lifecycle, and background execution
- Hands-on work with Supabase or similar backend-as-a-service platforms and PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with in-app subscription systems like RevenueCat
- Strong TypeScript skills and a commitment to clean, testable, well-documented code
- Proven ability to thrive in remote-first, async environments with excellent written communication

Compensation includes a monthly salary of 71,000,000 VND and participation in an equity-aligned model where engineers co-own the products they help build. This is a global, remote-first role with no office requirements.
