About the Role

Talentful is hiring a Senior Recruiter - French Speaking for a 12-month FTC. In this role, you will focus on finding and attracting top talent for our high-growth technology clients. You'll become deeply embedded with one client at a time, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques and partnering with senior stakeholders to drive their hiring success.

What You'll Do

  • Find and attract top-tier talent for our clients.
  • Utilize a range of deep sourcing techniques to find passive candidates, including LinkedIn and other outside-the-box strategies.
  • Work with one client at a time to get deeply embedded in their culture both socially and professionally.
  • Partner with top-tier stakeholders, helping them to understand the value of good talent practice.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and are detail-orientated.
  • Full professional fluency in written and spoken French.

Nice to Have

  • Ideally 1+ year of in-house recruitment experience.
