About the Role

This role involves leading full-cycle recruitment for key positions, with an emphasis on sourcing and hiring top-tier talent in Spanish-speaking markets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end hiring processes for assigned roles
  • Identify and engage qualified candidates in Spanish-speaking regions
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements
  • Conduct candidate interviews and assessments
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Develop sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
  • Evaluate resumes and assess cultural fit
  • Coordinate interviews and provide logistical support
  • Communicate hiring decisions and feedback to stakeholders
  • Support onboarding for successful candidates
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices
  • Participate in diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Represent the organization at career events and networking sessions
  • Use data to measure and improve hiring outcomes
  • Advise hiring teams on market conditions and talent availability
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Drive time-to-hire improvements across departments
  • Partner with HR on workforce planning efforts
