Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full research lifecycle, including developing survey instruments, defining sampling strategies, and managing data collection to ensure methodological integrity
  • Apply advanced analytical techniques such as MaxDiff, TURF analysis, and segmentation with support from senior methodologists
  • Lead data processing and initial analysis efforts, identifying meaningful patterns and translating findings into actionable business insights
  • Develop compelling deliverables—including presentations and reports—that clearly communicate results and drive decision-making
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate primary research with broader data contexts and enhance insight depth
  • Mentor junior researchers by sharing expertise, providing feedback, and supporting professional growth
  • Coordinate with operations and finance to maintain project timelines and support accurate revenue recognition

Candidates should have at least four years of experience in custom quantitative market research or a related field. A solid background in survey methodology, strong analytical abilities, and proven success managing multiple projects under deadlines are essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment are required. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, social sciences, or a related discipline is expected. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and survey programming tools is necessary; experience with SPSS, R, or Q is advantageous. An advanced degree is a plus.
