Drive operational excellence in a key leadership-facing role focused on revenue intelligence and sales performance. This position ensures consistent, high-quality execution of sales strategies across the EAST region by translating global and EMEA-wide initiatives into actionable plans grounded in data, process discipline, and technology adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain sales excellence frameworks, aligning regional execution with global standards and methodologies.
- Partner directly with sales leaders to enhance performance through structured forecasting, pipeline oversight, and operational rigor.
- Own the preparation of business reviews—weekly, monthly, and quarterly—with insights on pipeline health, revenue progress, and go-to-market effectiveness.
- Deliver timely, accurate metrics and analysis to identify risks, track performance gaps, and guide corrective actions.
- Improve forecast reliability by enforcing standardized processes, tools, and playbooks across sales teams.
- Use CRM data to strengthen account planning, customer engagement models, and adherence to sales methodology.
- Support the rollout and adoption of sales technologies, ensuring compliance with regional and global governance standards.
- Advance the use of AI-powered analytics to enable smarter decision-making and more effective sales execution.
- Collaborate on annual planning cycles, including territory design, target setting, and organizational structure adjustments.
- Champion change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, tools, and performance expectations.
Qualifications
Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 8–10 years in technology or consulting, and a strong background in sales operations, analytics, or revenue intelligence. Proficiency in Salesforce, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and other BI tools is essential. Candidates must demonstrate advanced analytical capabilities, project leadership, and fluency in English.
Preference given to those with degrees in Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, or Business Administration. Experience supporting both commercial and enterprise sales models is an advantage.
Work Environment
This role is based in Saudi Arabia, with remote work permitted only for individuals permanently located in the country. Applicants not based in Riyadh may not be considered.
