About the Role

This position is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities by engaging potential clients through targeted outreach and structured follow-up processes.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate and manage outbound prospecting campaigns to generate qualified leads
  • Engage potential customers via phone, email, and digital channels
  • Qualify inbound leads according to defined criteria
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with account executives to transition qualified opportunities
  • Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets

  • Participate in regular performance reviews and pipeline forecasting
  • Adapt communication style to suit different client segments
  • Stay updated on product offerings and market developments
  • Follow structured sales processes and best practices
  • Respond promptly to lead inquiries and follow-up requirements
  • Contribute feedback from the field to improve sales strategies
  • Support the development of messaging tailored to regional markets
  • Engage in training and onboarding for new tools and workflows
