As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will play a key technical role in advancing cybersecurity solutions across enterprise clients and partners in Chile. Your expertise will guide the design and implementation of robust security architectures, drawing from a comprehensive portfolio that includes email protection, cloud security, threat detection, and data loss prevention.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver in-depth technical demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer needs
- Lead proof of concept deployments and validate solution effectiveness
- Collaborate with sales teams to shape strategies and respond to RFPs and proposals
- Design and support complex security integrations aligned with client environments
- Provide technical mentorship to partners, team members, and customers
- Build trusted relationships to support long-term customer success and satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years in information security, with at least 7 in a customer-facing technical sales role
- Strong command of cloud infrastructure and security frameworks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and advanced business English
- Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes
- Demonstrated problem-solving, collaboration, and sales cycle experience
