Senior Sales Engineer – Data Security – Mexico & LATAM

In this role, you’ll serve as the primary technical advisor during pre-sales engagements, supporting sales teams across Mexico, Central America, and key South American markets. Your expertise will be central in positioning comprehensive People-Centric Security solutions that address real-world data protection and insider risk challenges.
What You’ll Do
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to prospects and customers, building credibility through in-depth discovery and solution design
- Lead Proof-of-Concept and production evaluation cycles from planning to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Architect integrated solutions across Data Loss Prevention (email, endpoint, cloud, web), Insider Risk, and Data Security Posture Management (DSPM)
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to refine offerings based on field insights
- Deliver technical training and presentations to internal teams and external audiences
- Contribute to internal knowledge resources and help standardize best practices across the sales engineering function
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of five years of experience in technical pre-sales, ideally focused on data security, DLP, CASB, or insider threat technologies
- Strong grasp of cybersecurity trends and competitive landscape in the region
- Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in technical and executive discussions
- Degree in a relevant technical or business field, or equivalent professional experience
- CISSP or related certification is a plus
