Responsibilities
- Lead the growth and maintenance of the Salesforce ecosystem, including system integrations, configuration, updates, notifications, sandbox refreshes, and third-party AppExchange tools
- Oversee setup and customization of Salesforce components such as user access, security settings, custom objects, page designs, validation rules, workflows, automation flows, process automation, and external applications
- Serve as primary support for sales, account management, and launch teams by resolving issues, answering inquiries, and improving Salesforce adoption
- Design and manage reports and dashboards to track and analyze marketing and sales performance metrics
- Establish data governance policies to maintain high-quality, accurate data within the platform
- Collaborate with data teams to ensure robust and consistent data structures across Salesforce systems
- Partner with engineering and data teams to build and maintain essential integrations between platforms
- Identify and remove manual tasks and inefficiencies to minimize user effort and clicks within Salesforce
- Mentor junior administrators and analysts through coaching and project feedback
