Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end bioinformatics projects from concept to deployment
- Build scalable web-based and standalone software tools for biological design and analysis

Qualifications
- PhD in bioinformatics, deep learning, or a closely related computational field
- Minimum of three years of hands-on experience in algorithm or model development
- Strong foundation in molecular biology or protein science
- Proficient in Python, Java, or C++ with demonstrated experience in building computational pipelines
- Extensive experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow for model training and deployment
