Role Overview
As a Senior Security & Compliance Analyst, you will play a central role in maintaining and advancing our organization’s compliance posture. You’ll work closely with teams across engineering, sales, and leadership to ensure that policies, procedures, and controls meet the highest standards of governance, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular audits of internal processes and document findings to verify compliance across global operations.
- Identify, assess, and resolve compliance-related risks and gaps in policy or implementation.
- Support sales engagements by leading the compliance sections of RFPs and client questionnaires.
- Maintain and update compliance policies, process maps, and responsibility frameworks to reflect current practices and regulations.
- Monitor changes in legal and industry standards, then communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare for management reviews and external assessments.
- Engage with clients across EMEA and the US to address compliance inquiries and build trust.
- Ensure documentation aligns with ISO standards and SOC audit requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven background in compliance analysis or a related role within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Deep understanding of IT governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience with ISO security standards and participation in SOC audits is required.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, especially when explaining technical topics to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
