Responsibilities
- Engage in security integration during development initiatives
- Perform thorough evaluations of system security posture
- Support product architecture planning with security expertise
- Examine existing products for weaknesses and report findings
- Lead threat analysis and security evaluations for new systems to identify risks and guide secure design
- Enhance automated security tools to detect code issues pre- and post-deployment
- Design secure-by-default frameworks so secure practices are intuitive for developers
- Respond to security flaws and incidents, implementing fixes and preventive measures
- Promote secure coding standards across engineering teams and influence development lifecycle practices
